The CAP TB company has retrieved and classified all of our files on 4 sites and has digitized them in order to make them accessible in our EDM. The work entrusted to us was carried out in a rigorous and professional manner in perfect collaboration with our IT department and the business lines concerned.

Our collaboration began in 2021 and represents a volume of nearly 20,000 tenant files, not including ancillary contracts. The work was carried out in accordance with our specifications and a complex classification plan, all in the context of a health crisis and a desire to respect our initial schedule.

CAP TB was able to adapt to the requirements of the departmental archives, in terms of digitization quality, conformity to the original document, good legibility and a perfectly centered PDF document, with a view to destroying the paper file. CAP TB's work was of the highest quality, rigorous and professional.

The digitized files are totally faithful to our "paper" files. CAP TB was able to quickly understand the organization of our MDPH files and offer us a digitization allowing easy consultation of dematerialized documents. Rigorous and high-quality work.
